Description: Are those who are suicidal violent? Are we practicing scene safety or simply being paranoid? Join Chris for an evidence based look suicide, murder-suicide, and mass murder-suicide. Learn the true nature of what is going on and the stigmas EMS is buying into.

Objectives:

  • Discuss theory relating to murder-suicide.
  • Institute scene response plans to reflect the evidence base.
  • Identify myths and stigmatizing beliefs.
