Amy has worked in the health and wellness field for over 12 years, with an evolving focus on how mental health impacts our overall wellness. She has several years of experience working in public health, including time spent working in emergency preparedness. Her doctoral research focused on the impacts of repeated exposure trauma on the first responder population and how we can work to counter the effects.
