Stan Sadenwasser – RN, BSN, CFRN
For over 30 years, Mr. Sadenwasser has been an integral part of providing health care in our region. He has served in a variety of roles, including First Responder, Paramedic, Emergency and ICU Nurse, Flight Nurse, Trauma Manager and Emergency Services Manager. In these roles, he has gained a vast array of experiences in both pre-hospital and clinical settings. Mr. Sadenwasser currently participates in related regional system development, as well as sits on the board of directors for Arrowhead EMS and the advisory board for Mesabi Range College–Paramedic Program. He is the Cardiovascular Service Coordinator for St. Luke’s, which keeps him actively involved in STEMI and Stroke systems of care. Notably, he was a leader in St. Luke’s achieving its Primary Stroke Center Certification, Heart Attack Receiving Accreditation and 2018 awards from the American Heart Association and Mission Lifeline for Stroke, STEMI and NSTEMI care.
